#How I work
Intro call
You outline the problem, the stack and the deadline. I tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit — and point you elsewhere if I'm not.
Scope & plan
We agree on outcomes, milestones and a realistic timeline that fits around my other commitments. Written down, so there are no surprises.
Build
A recurring weekly slot. You get working software, visible progress and a direct line to me — no account managers, no handoff telephone.
Handoff
Documented, tested and yours. Optional ongoing support if you'd like me to stay close, but never a dependency by design.
#About
I'm Amadeusz Blanik — a software craftsman from Silesia, Poland, working across web, mobile and AI. Nine-plus years shipping real products, most recently as Technical Lead.
I've built and led work on large-scale platforms — including production systems with Efigence and mServices — the kind where reliability and scale aren't optional and the code outlives the sprint.
Much of that has been in regulated, security-critical domains — banking and fintech — where accessibility, security and compliance are requirements, not extras. I've implemented interfaces to WCAG standards, delivered within banking regulations, and built to security baselines like OWASP.

- Banking & fintech regulations
